As you know, Monday is the day the group's energy field is analyzed for stress patterns that have contributed to weight gain.&lt;BR&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR&gt;The&amp;nbsp;highest number of measurements&amp;nbsp;(acute) for&amp;nbsp;stress to the energy field&amp;nbsp;this week comes from excess nervousness, tv frequencies, and impulsiveness. The lowest numbers (chronic, or stuffed) stress was jealousy and "addictive for adrenal stimulation".&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Addictive for adrenal stimulation?&amp;nbsp; &lt;BR&gt;What does that mean? &lt;BR&gt;Well, it means that as a group we are hooked on stress! The adrenals&amp;nbsp;were designed to put out some extra energy when we need it...i.e. if we see a lion heading our way, the adrenals will give us a spurt of energy to run. We don't see too many lions any more, but we do see stacks of bills we can't pay, watch soap operas or&amp;nbsp;terrifying movies (or the news!) etc, which bring out the same result. &lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;What the group is saying is&amp;nbsp;without that burst of stress energy, we don't feel as&amp;nbsp;alive. Problem is, the adrenals are like batteries. They run down. If they run down below a certain point, they don't work too well. It may not be so good to be hooked to this form of stimulation.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;So, this week information is being sent to the energy field(s) to help change this pattern.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Of course, there is never just one factor, or cause,&amp;nbsp;when it comes to obesity. Some other forms of stress noted from the analysis are: pathogens- heredity- and psychic attack.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;You may recall last week the group was stressed from an infection, so that could be the pathogen measurement,and of course you know that heredity plays a part. But psychic attack? Let me explain.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Thoughts&amp;nbsp;and words are frequency. "What you say is what you get" , at least to a point, because you are putting frequency into your energy field with each thought and word.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;In other words, the source of psychic attack is&amp;nbsp;you! You are the attacker and also the victim!&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Every time you feel guilty about overeating, make fun of your lack of will power, tell people how fat and unattractive you are,&amp;nbsp;etc, you are playing the role of terrorist against your own field!&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;We&amp;nbsp;are always going to be bombarded with negative feelings and ideas. This cannot really be controlled, because thoughts are automatic. Eckart Tolle in "A New Earth" says "&amp;nbsp; Breathing happens, digestion happens, thought happens". The key is to change the ACTION that follows the thoughts. The next time you "attack" yourself simply cancel out the thought, intentionally. For myself, I say "cancel, cancel"&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;The following forms of stress were also noted: thyroid, immune system, high blood pressure. The most stressed organs were brain, lymphatic, and bone marrow.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;And get this- we are over talkative this week because of liver toxicity! The liver is our filter, and when it cannot filter out the toxicity in our environment we&amp;nbsp;can manifest a great variety of physical and emotional situations.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;The&amp;nbsp;group also&amp;nbsp;requested, energetically, to:&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;stabilize body and soul balance during times of stress&lt;BR&gt;eliminate internal negative energies&lt;BR&gt;gain perseverance to finish what one starts&lt;BR&gt;have a catalytic breakthrough&lt;BR&gt;improve communication&lt;BR&gt;restore&amp;nbsp;courage to&amp;nbsp;those who experiences fear when faced with daily routine&lt;BR&gt;let go of any destructive energy from bonding with those who bring us down&lt;BR&gt;increase&amp;nbsp;intuition&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;And finally, the biggest block to cure this week is depression.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;So, energy will be sent to your energy field this week to&amp;nbsp;change, hopefully, some of these patterns. From this point I will&amp;nbsp;be posting on Mondays, since that is analysis&amp;nbsp;day,&amp;nbsp;and responding the rest of the week to any posts.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately,&amp;nbsp;many&amp;nbsp;in our group are also&amp;nbsp;uncomfortable with&amp;nbsp;the process of&amp;nbsp;blog posting- but if we can get over this hurdle there is a lot of information that we can share.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;From the analysis today it appears that our "group energy" is reporting a great deal of stress from an infection.&amp;nbsp; Remember, we are not making a diagnosis here, as we are working with the "etheric body" and measuring stress via&amp;nbsp;subtle energy.&amp;nbsp;But if you're dragging around,&amp;nbsp;and grabbing&amp;nbsp; sugary snacks as an attempt&amp;nbsp;to boost your energy, you&amp;nbsp;could be making things much worse! &lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;(With this work we are attempting to bring balance to the human energy field so that your body can heal itself. This balance is called homeostasis...and science tells us&amp;nbsp;sugar is&amp;nbsp;deadly to homeostasis!&amp;nbsp;&lt;IMG src="http://biofeedbackweightlossblog.com/emoticons/wink.png" border=0&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;You know by now that fat could actually&amp;nbsp;be the body's way to give you some protection. It is&amp;nbsp;extremely possible that an infection, particularly if it's chronic, could be responsible for the inability to release excess weight or even for&amp;nbsp;steady weight gain. If you think this is a possibility in your situation&amp;nbsp;it might be time for a visit to whatever type of health practitioner you prefer. &lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Also highlighted during the analysis was&amp;nbsp;stress from some sort of&amp;nbsp;environmental toxin. You might want to google.com&amp;nbsp; EELF, as that was color coded on the test matrix.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Our cellular memory is "indigestible anger, coupled with fear of starvation". Science confirms that our DNA is actually coded with the emotions our ancestors experienced. The Bible refers to it as "the sins of the fathers". But remember, everything is energy! So, on Wednesdays we work to manage this stress!&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;One thing for sure,&amp;nbsp;anger in all forms pops up weekly as one of the core reasons that we have, on an unconscious level, decided to insulate our bodies with a nice protective layer of fat.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;As far as our key emotion this week...drum roll please...hopeless despair.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Remember, 5 days a week energy is being sent to your field to help you manage the stress of an unconscious decision made (who knows when, maybe even childhood)&amp;nbsp;to insulate your body with fat. Many believe that this unconscious decision opens the door to other stress factors, like toxicity, infection, food addiction, etc, which creates the fat. &amp;nbsp;Because the work with biofeedback is so subtle, it typically&amp;nbsp;takes time for results to be evident. However, even though our group is small, I'm now receiving weekly phone calls and emails with testimonials. &lt;P dir=ltr style="MARGIN-RIGHT: 0px"&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman" size=4&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Week of ---&lt;BR&gt;July 7,&amp;nbsp; 2008&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Posting on this blog has been somewhat of a challenge as I'm not used to it and therefore keep forgetting- but from this point I will make it a&amp;nbsp;habit to post weekly, after the&amp;nbsp;Monday analysis, so that you can be informed as to what will be focused on during the week.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Tuesday through Friday balancing is done, via distance biofeedback, to manage the stressors that the group, energetically,&amp;nbsp;outlines. When the human&amp;nbsp;energy field is balanced the body has self healing energy that can bring you to your desired size and shape.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;SPAN style="COLOR: #02070f"&gt;This week the subconscious negativity for the group was lack of awareness&lt;BR&gt;and fear.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;The major factors or stressors to be dealt with were&lt;BR&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;DIV style="MARGIN-RIGHT: 0px"&gt;again lack of awareness was mentioned.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P dir=ltr&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Actually awareness is the first step in solving any problem. &amp;nbsp;When, energetically, lack of awareness is mentioned twice it indicates that there is still something one or more persons in the group simply don't know they should do...it could be a food they're eating that they are allergic to, a habit they need to break, anything! One of the good things about this type of work is that we can send information to the energy field to balance this out, so that whatever the issue is will present itself to you.&amp;nbsp; Then it is still your free will as to whether or not to change.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;A few other&amp;nbsp;stressors mentioned, energetically, by the group-&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Someone in our group is having a male/female conflict that is causing stress. Imagine that.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;There is an issue of self-importance that needs to be resolved.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;The lymphatic system is stressed for a number of us...check this out on &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;A title=http://www.google.com/ href="http://www.google.com/"&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman" size=4&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;www.google.com&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman" size=4&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;. There are many ways to drain the lymphatic system including chi machines,foot baths,&amp;nbsp;rebounders, dry brushing, and lymphatic drainage massage. If the lymphatic system is clogged it is very difficult to release fat.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;There is also stress from a chemical product- unspecified&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;The group&amp;nbsp;wanted some anti-aging energy-&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Cranial Nerve 1 (smell) was stressed. The sense of smell does have a great deal to do with overeating.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman" size=4&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Kidneys were stressed.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman" size=4&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The cellular memory was that of severe self devaluation.&amp;nbsp;Medical science now says that anything our ancestors went through is coded on our DNA. It's fairly obvious that a deeply imprinted feeling of self devaluation could lead to many physical and emotional issues, including a problem of being overweight.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;One of the most interesting panels on the device is for flower essences selected by the group. &lt;DIV class=EC_MsoNormal&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Many studies have verified that the human mind can be influenced at a distance. &lt;BR&gt;A person or group of people can be one foot from the source of energy, like a computer, &lt;BR&gt;or five thousand miles away and be just as easily affected.&amp;nbsp; That’s because we are &lt;BR&gt;already connected by an energetic matrix! &lt;BR&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;
&lt;DIV class=EC_MsoNormal&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Each individual's energy field accepts the appropriate retraining and rejects the rest. &lt;BR&gt;The premise is that once the energy field achieves homeostasis (balance), weight loss &lt;BR&gt;will occur naturally.&amp;nbsp; Of course all work is done on&amp;nbsp;an energetic&amp;nbsp;level rather than &lt;BR&gt;physical. Basically, this is spiritual work.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;The subconscious negativity this week is betrayal, anger, hesitation and denial. &lt;BR&gt;For the second week in a row "perverse energy" is mentioned.&amp;nbsp; Perverse energy is&lt;BR&gt;energy from appliances, cell phones, etc. There are many sites online to check out &lt;BR&gt;some ways to protect yourself from this type of&amp;nbsp;energy.&amp;nbsp; It does seem to be a factor &lt;BR&gt;in weight gain. Remember, fat is often&amp;nbsp;accumulated as an attempt&amp;nbsp;to protect the body.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Stressors were measured from allergies and trauma or injury.&amp;nbsp; There was exhaustion&lt;BR&gt;from trying for perfection.&amp;nbsp;There is stress from undiagnosable pain.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Cellular memory is, again, self-devaluation.&amp;nbsp;Medical science now states that we may&lt;BR&gt;carry the coding on our DNA of traumas our ancestors went through.&amp;nbsp; In other words, &lt;BR&gt;if an ancestor were going through a time of self-devaluation and happened to conceive &lt;BR&gt;during this time, that coding would be on the DNA of&amp;nbsp;all generations after that. &lt;BR&gt;The Bible even makes possible&amp;nbsp;reference to this, calling it "the sins of the fathers..."&amp;nbsp;. &lt;BR&gt;Anyway, information is being sent into the energetic field of the group to balance this out.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Only one flower essence was requested this week...LUFFA...for cleansing.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;I'm hearing from many of you that you are releasing some&amp;nbsp; pounds. The information I get is for the group, rather than an individual, but&amp;nbsp;the majority of people in our group&amp;nbsp;are reporting to me that they are seeing benefits from this approach.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;

&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;A definite factor is stress from a chronic sinus infection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The group has also&amp;nbsp;requested energy on&lt;BR&gt;1. Fostering mental and emotional quietude &lt;BR&gt;2. Perseverance&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;Deepening and refining the healing process &lt;BR&gt;4. Releasing&amp;nbsp;and transforming energies&amp;nbsp;blocked in the root chakra.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
