Week of September 1
Hello...for some reason it has been a challenge for me to post on this blog! Had no idea it had been so long since I last posted, but do speak with a number of you on the phone so often that I didn't realize the time had flown by. From this point I will be posting on Mondays, since that is analysis day, and responding the rest of the week to any posts. Unfortunately, many in our group are also uncomfortable with the process of blog posting- but if we can get over this hurdle there is a lot of information that we can share.
From the analysis today it appears that our "group energy" is reporting a great deal of stress from an infection. Remember, we are not making a diagnosis here, as we are working with the "etheric body" and measuring stress via subtle energy. But if you're dragging around, and grabbing sugary snacks as an attempt to boost your energy, you could be making things much worse!
(With this work we are attempting to bring balance to the human energy field so that your body can heal itself. This balance is called homeostasis...and science tells us sugar is deadly to homeostasis!
You know by now that fat could actually be the body's way to give you some protection. It is extremely possible that an infection, particularly if it's chronic, could be responsible for the inability to release excess weight or even for steady weight gain. If you think this is a possibility in your situation it might be time for a visit to whatever type of health practitioner you prefer.
Also highlighted during the analysis was stress from some sort of environmental toxin. You might want to google.com EELF, as that was color coded on the test matrix.
Our cellular memory is "indigestible anger, coupled with fear of starvation". Science confirms that our DNA is actually coded with the emotions our ancestors experienced. The Bible refers to it as "the sins of the fathers". But remember, everything is energy! So, on Wednesdays we work to manage this stress!
One thing for sure, anger in all forms pops up weekly as one of the core reasons that we have, on an unconscious level, decided to insulate our bodies with a nice protective layer of fat.
As far as our key emotion this week...drum roll please...hopeless despair.
Remember, 5 days a week energy is being sent to your field to help you manage the stress of an unconscious decision made (who knows when, maybe even childhood) to insulate your body with fat. Many believe that this unconscious decision opens the door to other stress factors, like toxicity, infection, food addiction, etc, which creates the fat. Because the work with biofeedback is so subtle, it typically takes time for results to be evident. However, even though our group is small, I'm now receiving weekly phone calls and emails with testimonials. Hopefully soon more of you will become comfortable posting on this blog and share good and bad results, so we can openly talk about them.

I just wanted to share my experiences this week which, for the most part have been positive.
I have also been saying my version of an affirmation every night as I am about to drift off to sleep - twice it has worked. I lost five pounds. Of course I have found them again - several times. The story of my life, yo-yo-ing back and forth. And I supposed it would benefit me to stay away from the scale but it like an addiction.
I will say that there is much to overcome - I have health issues that cause me to take medications that put on weight. And, because of health issues, I am limited to a more stationary life than I want which also works against losing weight. But, I will say I have been calmer this past week which is great.
And the calmness helps keep me from emotional eating. I have also noticed a decrease in my appetite - or maybe I should say my desire for food. I don't understand what it is to be hungry - I eat because I enjoy food (or because I need it emotionally), not because I feel a need to eat. I truly can go all day without eating and not feel a need for food. I may "want" food but I don't "need" food.

So glad to hear that you're feeling calmer! What has been typical with the group is that people first notice this sense of peace. Weight loss may not even be apparent for a while, because there are so many factors that need to be sorted out energetically. Of course sometimes a change in size doesn't show up on the scales at first, because fat doesn't even weigh all that much. (During a diet often we're losing muscle mass... that's the loss that shows up on the scale... and this muscle loss is detrimental because it acts to further lower our metabolism, thus the immediate weight gain when normal eating is resumed.)Of course medications, etc, are also a form of stress to the system and could slow things down, but information is sent 5 days a week to help manage even this type of stress. Remember, everything is energy!
Keep up the good work, and thanks for posting- I really think that this sharing of results and experiences is crucial to the success of this program!
And something to think about...Ever heard the expression "a watched pot never boils"? Well, when we check our weight - or stocks, or anything -too often, it may create a feeling of dread that then could cause us to manifest, or attract, the very thing we fear! Try- and it's not easy- to skip just one day a week of stepping on that particular type of biofeedback machine. (a scale is also biofeedback!)
